Debborah Harp, CFRE
Founder and CEO
As a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), Ms. Harp has more than 20 years of professional experience working at national nonprofits as a leader in fundraising, development, marketing, communications, and operations. She served as the Executive Director of a national foundation, has facilitated the work of very large Boards, and has a donor-centric approach to fundraising.
Ms. Harp has raised millions of dollars for the prevention, detection, and treatment of diseases, public health education, human services, medical research, scholarships, community service, and animal welfare.
As a volunteer, Debborah spent decades as a board member, speaker, and workshop instructor for a nonprofit supporting women and girls. More recently, she has served her community in the areas of food insecurity and the restoration and preservation of the environment.
Prior to working in the nonprofit field, Ms. Harp was a television writer, editor, producer and director.
Debborah is a graduate of the University of Iowa and recently completed the Advanced Business Accelerator Program at Drake University.
